Thank you for visiting our website: Robert Kiester and his staff are a group of full time home inspectors with over 25 years of experience in the field of home inspection, residential remodeling, residential/commercial electrical and home construction. Each of our inspectors are licensed with the state of Arizona and are participants in continuing education through (ITA) Inspection Training of Arizona and other sources and are instructors who teach classes to Real Estate Agents at various brokerages throughout the valley and participate in the education of home inspection trainees, each of us perform inspections over and above the standards that are required by the state and (ASHI) We conduct every home inspection as if we were buying your potential new home for our own families to live and grow in.

Gold Key Inspection LLC, was originally founded in March of 2004 and was purchased in 2005 by Heavenbound Enterprises Incorporated a type (S) corporation owned and operated by Robert and Deanna Kiester.

Robert L Kiester III an AZ State Inspector #72144, is our senior Inspector who is known for his very thorough inspections and his out going personality and his excellent communication skills that will put you at ease by explaining the results of your home inspection through the use of digital photographs and the use of a walk through, to point out important items that every homeowner should be aware of at the end of the inspection. Robert is a graduate of the Home Inspection training course at Arizona School of Real Estate and Business of Scottsdale Arizona, and has a background in the fields of commercial electrical, residential remodeling and was a construction Superintendent for Workman Builders a custom home builder/contractor in Gilbert Arizona.

Deanna Kiester Is a full time Real Estate Agent with West U.S.A. Revelation Realty in Chandler AZ and the Vice President of Heavenbound Enterprises Inc. Deanna is a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business of Scottsdale Arizona and has been a licensed agent since 2001. Deanna is known for her extreme professionalism, solid character, fun personality, personal integrity, hard work ethics, and always putting her clients needs ahead of her own, which has led to her successes as a Real Estate professional and being a multi million/million dollar producer year after year. Deanna is the reason Robert became a home inspector, it was through her encouragement and her belief that this profession would be a perfect match for his skills and personality, that Robert would become a great and sought after inspector.
